1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original shoe box, packaging, tags, accessories, and any included extras
- Be free from stains, odors, scratches, or signs of wear
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
All returned products are carefully inspected before a refund is approved.
2. Sneakers
Sneakers may be returned if they:
- Have not been worn outdoors
- Have not been tried on for extended periods
- Are returned in the original shoe box
- Include all original tags, laces, accessories, and packaging
Sneakers with damaged boxes, excessive creasing, dirt, or visible signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.
3. Streetwear & Apparel
Clothing may be returned provided that:
- It is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags remain attached
- It is free from odors, stains, or damage
- Original packaging is included where applicable
4. Accessories
Accessories may be returned if they are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all included components and documentation
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged through misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products showing signs of wear or use
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

8. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Sneakerack is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

After your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements.
Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days.
If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item may be returned to you.
10. Refunds
Once your return has been approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
11. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
